Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Incorporated Societies Act 1908 Section 24 Incorporated Society No.: 646794 This incorporated society, being a solvent entity, resolved by resolution passed at the annual general meeting of its members held on 16 September 2024 to wind up its activities by appointing Geoff Falloon, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, as liquidator. This resolution was confirmed at a special general meeting held on 21 October 2024. The liquidation is part of a restructuring by which Nelson Budget Service Inc is transitioning from an incorporated society to a charitable trust. The newly formed Aurora Charitable Trust will carry on the valuable work of the previous entity.
