Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Company Number: 2376159 Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the company appointed Adele Irene Hicks (IP#155) and David Ian Ruscoe (IP#50), both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, as joint and several liquidators of the company. The liquidation commenced on 31 January 2024 at 10.06am. The directors have signed a declaration under section 243A of the Companies Act 1993 stating that the company will be able to pay its debts in full within a period of not more than 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator. The company is solvent and is being liquidated as it has completed the purpose for which it was incorporated.
