Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 NZBNs: 9429039089069, 9429038579547 Notice is hereby given that on 11 April 2023 Conor McElhinney and Andrew Grenfell, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed by the Bank of New Zealand as receivers and managers of the property of the companies under the powers contained in a General Security Deed dated on or about 30 November 2017. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the companies’ present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which each of them has rights, whether now or in the future.
