Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Company Numbers: 8126625, 7373963, 3752094, 3966442 Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the companies appointed Adele Irene Hicks (IP#155) and David Ian Ruscoe (IP#50), both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, as joint and several liquidators of the companies. The liquidations commenced on 27 March 2023 at 11.00am, 11.10am, 11.20am and 11.30am respectively.
