Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim Craig Sanson and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of COMPETENZ TRUST (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 25 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 11 March 2022 at 10.40am.
