Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) Company Nos.: 1531390, 1611996 On 22 December 2021 at 1.00pm and 1.01pm respectively, Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PUREDEPTH LIMITED and PUREDEPTH INCORPORATED LIMITED (both in liquidation) by a special resolution of its shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act. These are solvent liquidations. Prior to liquidation, on 21 December 2021 the company’s directors signed a declaration that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act.
