Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice of Creditors to Claim Rhys Cain and Larissa Logan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ECOLIBRIUM BIOLOGICALS HOLDINGS LIMITED by order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 30 September 2022 at 10.12am. The applicant creditor was Chemovateq Swiss Ag. Prior to our appointment, the company was put into receivership on 22 September 2022 with Andrew John Grenfell and Conor McElhinney of McGrathNicol Limited appointed as the receivers. We fix 4 January 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
