Notice of Appointment of Liquidators andNotice to Creditors to Claim Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephanie Beth Jeffreys (IP#28) and Raymond Paul Cox (IP#94), both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by an order of the High Court at Auckland on the application of Inland Revenue. The liquidation commenced on 2 September 2022 at 10.18am.
