Peri Finnigan and Boris van Delden, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators on 24 August 2022 of IDX HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 8.00am and FREIGHTRITE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 4.30pm following directors’ resolutions as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
