Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) Company Nos.: 3211306, 1585379 On 7 September 2021, Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HERITAGE CONSTRUCTION LIMITED and JDL CONCEPTS LIMITED (both in liquidation) at 2.00pm by a special resolution of its shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.
