Notice of Appointment of Liquidators andNotice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims Notice is hereby given that on 20 August 2021 NOIR EVENTS LIMITED and PRIME CIVIL LIMITED (in receivership) were placed in liquidation by the High Court at Auckland, on the application of Nocturnal Limited at 10.09am and on the application of Quick Earthmoving Equipment Limited at 10.58am respectively, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993. Simon Dalton and Benjamin Francis, both Licenced Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint liquidators of both companies. The undersigned does hereby fix 30 September 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
