Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed liquidators of HYDROGEN PROPERTY LIMITED and FUZO PROJECTS LIMITED (both in liquidation) on 13 April 2021 at 7.24am and 7.29am respectively, by a special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act. These are solvent liquidations. Prior to liquidation, on 13 April 2021, the company’s directors signed a declaration that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act.
