Notice of Appointment of Liquidator andNotice to Creditors to Claim Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Malcolm Russell Moore and David Ian Ruscoe, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by an order of the High Court at Wellington on the application of Ran Elias.
