Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Ian Ruscoe and Malcom Russell Moore, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by a special resolution of the shareholder.
