Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Ian Ruscoe and Malcolm Russell Moore, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited were appointed joint and several liquidators of TARATAHI AGRICULTURAL TRAINING CENTRE (WAIRARAPA) TRUST BOARD (in interim liquidation) by order of the High Court. The liquidation commenced on 5 February 2019 at 10.50am.
