Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim Subsequent to the directors of the company signing a resolution pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) stating that on appointment of a liquidator the company would be able to pay its debts, Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, of Wellington, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company by special resolution of the shareholders at 2.00pm on 9 July 2018, the time and date the liquidation commenced.
