Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim Marcus McMillan, insolvency practitioner, and John Fisk, chartered accountant, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WORKFORCE NZ LIMITED (trading as Killer Prawn) (in liquidation) by the High Court at Palmerston North, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 26 June 2018 at 10.29am. Subsequently, Marcus McMillan resigned as liquidator, and Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as replacement liquidator on 28 June 2018 at 9.25am.
