Notice of Intention to Remove Company from Register Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 Company Number: 1846603 We, Colin Gower and Andrew Grace, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company on 7 August 2017 by special resolution of the shareholder.
