Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) Notice is given that on 18 June 2018 at 10.00am, a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Jason Geoffrey Edwards be appointed as liquidator. The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts. A copy of that resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993.
