Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Companies Act 1993, Section 255(2)(a) On 28 March 2018, it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that MAKARITI PASTURES LIMITED (formerly TREE TRIM LIMITED) be liquidated and that Martin James Trimble, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for that purpose. The liquidation commenced on 28 March 2018 at 4.30pm. Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 2 May 2018 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993. Please note this is a liquidation of a solvent company and has no relation to the entity McDonnell’s Tree Trim Limited or any other entity of similar name. The liquidation is being undertaken as part of a group restructuring. The liquidators propose not to call a meeting of creditors as provided by section 245(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
