McLachlan, chartered accountants of Dunedin, as receivers of the property of Palisander Holdings Limited (trading as Frews Bakery) at Mosgiel, under the powers contained in a debenture dated 22 December 1994, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital and goodwill and all other assets.
